Hi all,

We’ve discovered a bug this morning that has resulted in us sending “Your API key is about to expire” emails incorrectly – i.e., we’ve sent emails for keys which are not actually about to expire, in which the “delete” and “extend” links don’t work.

We’re looking into the exact cause of the error, but in the meantime we wanted to email to give you a heads-up: if you’ve received an email since the 19th of March for a key that is newer than 900 days, or in which the links don’t work, please ignore it.

Best wishes,
Emily

Emily,

Sorry to bump SUCH an old thread, but I got an email like this today -- I think I've had the key for about a year, and the links don't work.

I just wanted to confirm I should still ignore this, as I'm using the key for a Tidbyt applet, and Tidbyt has more or less shut down/been absorbed by another company (RIP). So there's likely no way to resubmit my applet with a new API key; I need to try to keep it alive. 😅

Thanks so much,

Mike
