Hello, apologies for the delay in replying to your message.

There URL that you are sending in your CAPI request is not correctly formed. The details of what a URL should look can be seen here:


Essentially, the URL you are creating should contain one question mark, which will separate the parameters from the URL, and then each parameter is separated by an ampersand. A URL with mulitple question marks in it will not have the desired effect.

As a side note, please be aware that API keys are personal to you and should be treated essentially as a password. They should not be sent in emails to public groups. As such, we have regenerated this key for you, you should have received an email with the new key. You should now use the new for any futher requests. The old key will no longer work.
