Apologies for another email, especially to those of you whose girls aren't playing this season.  When we get the roster for the team this fall, I'll create a new google email group.

 

I just thought I should pass along this opportunity that was emailed out by the league and endorsed, as you see below, by Coach Herschel.  We'll be signing Katie up for it.

GRJSA Members,

GRFC (Greater Renton Football Club), our Regional Club, is offering a specialized training program that will run separate but in conjunction with the GRJSA Fall Rec Program. This is an extra opportunity for our areas kids to get a head start in getting prepared for the faster paced level of Premier soccer that is available to them as they get older. GRFC is part of a pilot program thru WA Youth Soccer and the Regional Club League that will allow the kids in Greater Renton to train with the GRFC Coaches and then play in Jamboree style games with other RCL clubs on certain weekends.

Go to www.greaterrentonfc.org to register and find out more about this pilot program that begins Friday Sept 9th. All trainings are at the Starfire Sports Complex.

Must be 6-8yrs. old on or before August 1st 2011

So do we know if practice will be Mon and Fridays or just this week?  This camp is Practice on  Fridays  and Sundays

I believe the Mon/Fri schedule is just for this week.  Usually, there's a lot of changes early in the season as Leah's schedule gets worked out, the team roster gets filled out, etc.

I heard from Gaia's mom that our soccer practices will be Tues/Thurs this season. Just confirming as I had just signed Emma up for something on Tues/Thurs thinking we would still have the Mon/Wed practices. Thanks in advance for the info!

Kimberly:  Here's the email that Herschel sent to the group on Monday morning:

 

Practice days for the next 2 weeks will not folllow a patern. Mack is right, Leahs practice schedule will change on the 5th and after that week things should settle out a bit. I think practice will end up being Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 6:30. Not set in stone yet.
