Switch modes qusetion

I have TCL C825 4K Mini LED TV

Vimu diagnostics shows only one resolution with two refresh rates in switch modes, 1920x1080@60 and 1920x1080@50

Does it mean there's no reason to enable auto refresh rate switch and more concerning question, if vimu sees only full HD, will it play 4K?
