I recently replaced a Sony NSZ-GS7 that had VIMU with  a Sony XBR49x800d.
I get an error message when playing .mp4 files that suggest turning the new engine off which Id id and get an error message to turn the engine on.
The files are hosted on a NAS and stream on the XBR49x800d video player fine, the files played fine last week on the Sony NSZ-GS7 with VIMU and previously on a Logitech Google TV  device with VIMU. The file size is about 1 gig on  wired Ethernet connection.  What information do you need  to find the issue?

Thanks - I love the product.

If you could share with me the file, it would be the best solution.

The file is nc-17 or x rated, is that okay to send?
