Help Need for Citizen Election Monitoring

Hi Guys!

There's a couple of volunteers who put up a citizen election monitoring tool and they need help. Brian's leading the dev stuff and mentioned he needs the following:

1. A Linux security expert. Task: Harden the Linux instance
2. A MySQL database administrator. Task: Help in performance tuning MySQL.
3. A PHP developer. Ideally, someone who knows Kohana PHP. Task: Do minor HTML / CSS customization.
4. Backup systems administrator. Task: help in monitoring the system during the election week.
