Ouverture d'un GTUG à Ndjamena au TCHAD, Afrique

Hello Guys :)

I'm using actually many google technology and it passionated me so i wanna start a GTUG in my City (N'djamena-TCHAD) but when i visit the website of gtugs, they said that that's not gonna be possible before Decembre 2013, someone can help me ?

Je suis actuellement un utilisateur de technologies Google et tout cela me passionne, donc j'ai voulu initier un GTUG dans ma ville ( N'djamena-TCHAD) mais quand j'ai visité le site de gtugs il y etait ecrit qu'il n'etait pas possible de proceder avant decembre pour creer un GTUG avant decembre 2013, quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?
