Hi, all.

If I setup a meeting for early next month, Tuesday April 3rd to be
exact, would that work for many of you, or no? I know our normal date/
time is the last Tuesday, and I tried to get things scheduled for this
month on the last tues (today), but that didn't work out. Rather than
wait until the end of April I'd like to meet sooner.

I'd like to talk about some group changes (some stuff Google wants,
mostly a name change) and our status looking for a new leader, and
some Startup Weekend stuff (they have an event in Atlanta on 4/20).
Also, as a tech topic I would like to present to the group a Google TV
Development "basics" talk (same talk I did at DevNexus, for those that
may have missed it).

So please let me know if April 3rd is acceptable, and I'll get things
squared away from there.

thanks

Hi, all. Some other stuff has come up in just the last few minutes
since I sent the previous note asking about April 3rd. How about we
just shoot for the last Tuesday in April and stay with our regular MO.
That makes our next meeting tentatively scheduled for Tuesday April
24th.

I'll follow up with more here to confirm everything.

thanks

Hi Charlie,

I'm one of the organizers of the Mercer University (in Macon) GTUG/GDG.  We'd like to do more with y'all and wondered what you thought about us bringing a car or two of students (mostly) up for this meeting?

We'd be happy to have your group Laurie. Our meetings are generally
small (15-30 attendees) and informal, but we've had some good topics
and speakers at times.

For the end of April meeting (the 24th) we'll be discussing some group
changes (the move to GDG and looking for new leadership) and then I'll
present on "Building Apps for Google TV." If that interests you guys
than you are of course more than welcome and we would be glad to meet
you.

Again, I'll follow up here once it's confirmed with Google and I'll
let everyone know the agenda and so on our our web site.

Hi Laurie,

I'm not sure if I'll make it to the next Google meeting or not, but I did want to let you know that Equifax (up in Alpharetta) has a few open positions for CS/IT college grads.  If you have any students that might be interested, they can just email the recruiter working on these positions directly.  His name is Scott Bracewell and he can be reached at scott.b...@equifax.com.

Thanks,
Lester Martin
