Green Hacking!!

Hi guys - 

iceaddis in collaboration with Finnish Embassy & CIC (Climate Innovation Center) organising a 2-days bootcamp to hack climate issues - it is on July 8-9. at CIC office , Kebena (behind 4kilo). Deadline to apply is on June 26th (we may extend it to 3 to 4 days, but better to submit on time).

Personally, i am interested to see apps or web solutions to these issues. I am sure in the long term it has a lot of business opportunities as the world is going to Green Economy. Though in the bootcamp, it is more a pitching session (i.e you don't need to develop the apps before). 

The winners (for best pitching of idea on the second day + technical explanation of their ideas ) will travel to SLUSH conference in Helsinki , Finland. SLUSH suppose to be the coolest startup event with over 7000 participants, so it is quite attractive. Even though, it is not possible to travel to Finland (for non-winners), we can realize the idea into business at iceaddis and CIC.

What we are looking for isn't necessary apps (it could be web, hardware, even some campaigns - i could imagine a nicely design green stickers might do a lot for awareness, so you can be innovative).

hi Ermi-

Yes, absolutely possible to apply with more than one idea. at the end
it is about how you are going to pitch it and work on it this two
days.

there will be mentors who give feedbacks before the pitching, so there
will always be enough help around.
