The UNB Off-site Construction Research Centre has partnered with the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering’s Construction Division to host a specialty conference titled, Transforming Construction with Reality Capture Technologies. The conference is being held in Fredericton, NB, Canada from August 23-25, 2022, and offers a variety of opportunities for industry and academia to participate. In addition to the specialty conference, a Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering special issue will be created using selected papers from the conference. The following are the streams, links, key dates, and partnership opportunities. 

 Opportunities for researchers and students: 

Opportunities for industry

  • Submit a case study presentation – see PDF fillable form attached due May 13, 2022
  • Submit an Innovation Pitch: novel stream for centres and labs to pitch ideas and research to potential industry partners, and for industry to pitch their problems to researchers (solution providers) –Notice of Intent (see PDF fillable form attached) due May 13, 2022
  • Become a conference partner – see partnership prospectus attached.
