Dear Fellow Toastmasters,
 
I hope to see you this weekend at the North Division Speech and Evaluation Contest.
 
Motorola has again kindly sponsored the location for the upcoming contest.  We will have the opportunity to visit their beautiful, new campus located in Wang Jing.
 
The details for the contest are as follows:
 
Date:  Saturday, April 19th, 2008
 
Time:  9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
 
Location address (please note that maps are attached for your reference):
 
Training Room 0107, Motorola New Campus, No.1 Wang Jing East Road, Chao Yang District. Beijing 北京市朝阳区望京东路1号，摩托罗拉创新园区，0107教室

 

Please note that the Motorola property is a secured area and you will need to be escorted from the gate to the entrance.  Molly Tian will be the contact person from Motorola.  Her mobile number is 1391 086 7414.  Please ensure you arrive on time.

This is the final contest leading up to the National contest that will be held in Shanghai at the District Conference starting on May 30th.
 
We will need many voluteers for the Division contest. 

 

The following roles are required to be filled:

 

• a target speaker for the speech contest,
• 2 timers,
• 2 ballot counter, and
• most importantly 2 judges from each of the Clubs from the North

Please forward to me your list of volunteers no later than this Thursday evening.
