getKeyDimMap() added as function of FactorGraph

Currently this function is available to GaussianFactorGraph and it's children, only. It would be nice to be able to use it for other things like Nonlinear factor graphs (without having to linearize).

Or if someone knows a simple way to do that, that also works!
