Hi all,
My group has been working with GTSAM within a dockerized environment for Nvidia Isaac for learning, testing, and development purposes since the full release of Isaac in 2023. At this point, we have a nice functional ecosystem internally for some SLAM development work. We aren't quite ready to open-source the images, and code base, as there is some cleanup we would need to do and removal of some non open-source digital assets. The intention is to have some of the tutorials work in with the simulated sensors to lower the learning gap from the existing example files to actual system implementation.
I wanted to gauge community interest in something like this before moving forward.

I would be really interested in such integration!
I tried something similar using ROS2 with Isaac Sim but encountered some issues in the IMU sensor as the publishing rate of IMU data is really slow (15 Hz) and it does not compare with rate of real sensors.
Are you also using ROS2? Did you encounter similar issues?

That sounds awesome! Happy to host the tutorials within the GTSAM repo or link to them from our
new, evolving user guide!
