help! pip install issue

Hi

I know this has been discussed already, but examples segfault if we do pip install gtsam with certain versions of numpy, flagged in an issue now by Tim:

I relied on a student to set up pipy wheel building, who now graduated. If any of you have experience with wheel building (it's an art, apparently), and want to help, please reply to me directly. I'd appreciate it!
