Transaction Charges
Lease / Leave and Licence
In the normal course of service charges applicable, we charge 1 % of the deposit and one month’s compensation for the properties within Mumbai city & 2 % of the deposit and two month’s compensation for the properties out side Mumbai city, and thereafter renewal charges of 1 % and 1 month’s compensation. If the lease/leave and license signed for more then 3 years then we charge 2 % of the deposit and two month’s compensation.
 
Outright
We charge 2 % of total consideration on outright sale for the transactions below 50 Lacs & 1% for transactions above one crore for the properties within Mumbai city & 2% of total consideration on outright sale out side Mumbai city.
