After Install I am unbale to get login screen

I have installed the application on my hosting account. However I get
the following when I got to the site (http://www.akroadlink.com/
tracking):-

Hi

You haven't installed the application correctly, please read the full
instructions in STEP1.txt STEP2.txt & STEP3.txt

Also gtrack is a TOP LEVEL Application, you can not upload it to
www.yourdomain.com/folder you must upload it to a SUB DOMAIN if you
want it to run in a folder, so make a sub domain called tracking, then
your server will create a Folder called yourdomain.com/tracking ...
you then upload all files to the tracking folder and it runs as a top
level domain.
