Tracking Failed

Halo,
My unit is Bluetooth Gps + HP with java gtrack.
Everything is running well On http://demo.gtrack.co.uk

I setup my website with gtrack. Website is Ok now.
My phone using java can login to server (Server : OK)

My problem is When i start to TRACKING feature on my phone is always
failed.
The word on my phone is:
TRACKING FAILED.
Failed during tracking. Please try again. see log for clues.

My question:
1. why Failed? How to fix it?
2. where is the "log" file?
3. How much Hard-Wired from gtrack? where is the price list? because i
cannot find at the website.

When you are in the Menu System on the Phone go to 'Extra', there you
will see 'Application Log'

This should help you with why it is failing.

My hardware is worked well if using your server.

Halo ALec,
Iam already solved this trouble.
Its seem my phone software is trouble.
Solution is : i was restart my phone then GPS running well again.
