I don't know is there something that i did wrong, but i can't see my
reports (idle, daily, on-site, etc).

Hi John,

Idle & On-Site reports will only work with hard-wired units, as you
can not really determine that data with a phone.

There is a standard 'daily' report for all types of devices, and a
'daily' report for hard-wired only, you are probably meaning the hard-
wired daily report here, which is only for hard-wired devices, so if
you were using software this report would not work, but the other
daily report will show the data instead.
