User edit and PIN

Thanks for geat software. After creating a user I cannot edit it (no
edit function) and also submitting a new user won't give a PIN. What
can I do?

In the 'Settings' Menu, Add the User to a Group [after creating a
group]

When you click 'Home', then > Select the Group, it will display the
User, hover over the name in the Group for a New Menu to appear, the
first option lets you Edit the User, and shows you the PIN :-)

Thanks I found it. Can I see if a user online but not being tracked
(no gps signal, but connected to server)

Hi

No, the user must send a GPS Position to show.
