How long until this beer is ready? More months? Year? I have never tried such a beer.

I posted on the Twitters, but thought I'd share it here as well for those who don't tweet. This is my Berliner Weisse I brewed on the 10th of May this year. It is approximately 3 months later, here is what it looks like. Gnarly isn't it?

The best yeast I have found for lambics is ECY bugfarm:

It sours fast and gets complex over time. I would feel comfortable using it for any sour including Berliners. Ed and I had some luck with no boil approaches. Makes for a quick brew day
