Located in a quiet neighborhood above the Panoramica, it is a 10 minute walk into the center of town - yet minutes from mountain hiking. With frequent bus service a few minutes away, it is also directly accessible by taxi, and has on-street parking.
Weekly housecleaning included. Long term renter preferred, 1 mo. minimum.
Rent is $425/mo, including all utilities, 1-2 people $100 deposit.
1 Guest permitted for up to 2 wk/mo,@ $50/week charge.
