Exploring the Possibility of Joining Participating Teams

Hello All,

I'm Vishal, an independent research engineer (from Bangalore) intending to participate in GTOC 13.

However, I'm a solo participant with analytical astrodynamics know-how from more than a decade before. Though I do possess excellent general purpose software engineering skills across distributed and parallel compute, deep learning, viz etc.

Would it be possible to team up with others?

Unsure if national space centers (ESA, DLR, CNSA etc.)  would be willing to accept third party members, but keen on exploring collaboration with any possible teams out there.
