GTOC13 Workshop Announcement

Dear GTOC Community,

We now have a confirmed date and location for the GTOC13 Workshop, "Humanity’s First Robotic Exploration of a Hypothetical Exoplanetary System":

   Date:  Wednesday, July 22, 2026

   Location:  Caltech Campus, Pasadena, California, USA.

   Expression of interest:  as soon as practicable.

   Registration: by May 22nd, please (as practicable).

Attendance is open to all interested researchers.  There is no registration fee.

All the participating GTOC13 teams have been invited to attend the workshop to present their work and interact with the other teams and researchers.  There will be oral presentations as well as poster presentations possible.  More details will be forthcoming.

Also in July around the time of the GTOC13 Workshop, and also at Caltech, there will be two separate exoplanet workshops that will surely be of interest:

Shifting Landscapes in Astrophysics: New Frontiers to Explore with Roman (July 13 - 16, 2026)

2026 Sagan Summer Workshop: Exoplanets with Roman Surveys: Microlensing and Transits, (July 20-24, 2026)

Please register for these workshops separately, at their respective websites, if you would like to participate in them.
