The GTM OAuth 2 library uses the value kGTMOAuth2ErrorAuthorizationFailed (-1001) to tell the app that sign-in failed.

The OAuth 2 protocol does not specify that the server will give the client a reason that sign-in did not complete successfully, so the library provides that generic error value to the app.

Do you get error messages starting with something like NSURLAuthenticationChallenge ...?
