Wow! This is awesome. I just read about parasite on lwn.net,
successfully built, and tested it on x86_64 ubuntu. This has so much
potential. Of course as it is now I think is going to prove invaluable
to me very soon.

Anyway, I'm trying to watch the screencast avi on windows and I get a
codec not found error. What coded do I need to watch it?

It's a pretty standard mpeg4 codec from ffmpeg. Any one of the
numerous "codec packs" should cover it.

Good grief that was a nightmare. I'm sitting at a windows server 08 box.
After downloading all sorts of stuff, I finally just downloaded vlc.
Should have done that to start with. Anyway, what did you use to make
the screen capture vid with? That's nifty.

I used Istanbul to do the recording.
