Safe & Sane Updates/Notices
We’re one month away — here’s what you need to know:
1) The committee will meet on Tues., May 8 and Tues., May 22 in the school’s Media Center at 7 PM. Parents of juniors and seniors are encouraged to attend.
2) Congratulations to Bryan Chaney who had the highest Yankee Candle sales and will receive a complimentary ticket to the party. Thank you to Trish May for coordinating the sale and to all who participated. It was a HUGE success.
3) 175 students have purchased their tickets. Tickets are $30, and you can purchase them online. Order forms are also available online. Tickets WILL NOT be available at the door.
4) Party chaperones wanted! To sign up, visit Sign-Up Gensis or contact Barb Full at bjf...@comcast.net. Parents of juniors; we especially need your help with picking up food and delivering it to the Mount.
5) Fundraising is done for the year. We would still appreciate monetary donations and/or Costco/Best Buy gift cards. You can donate online or send your donation directly to the school. Donations are tax deductible and you will receive a letter for tax purposes. Contact cmen...@verizon.net with questions.
6) A committee for the Class of 2013 needs to start discussions for next year’s party very soon. If you are interested in serving as a committee or subcommittee chair, please contact Shelby Carmon and Cathy Menzel.
