Hi all,
Just read this article on the launch of Nairobi flex service in Google Maps:

Is the GTFS-based spec being used for this published anywhere? If not, is there an expected timeline for public release?
I assume it's based on some of the work from this group.

to GTFS Flexible Transit Working Group
To answer my own question (I learned something at TRB! :) ):
This data was created using the normal GTFS format - not GTFS-flex. The GTFS data is available via GTFS Data Exchange:
http://www.gtfs-data-exchange.com/agency/university-of-nairobi/
(...when its up and running).
