Exact change required?

Most properties require exact change these days, but some will still
give change. Is there any way to specify "exact change" in the spec?
My agency requires exact change, but GO Transit, which also serves our
area, does not.

Hi Keith,

There isn't any current or proposed GTFS field for specifying that
exact change is required. However, if there were client applications
that were interested in using that information, it could be proposed
as an extension to fare_attributes.txt.
