Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance.
Demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing teambuilding programs, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions and management reports.
Giving full Guidance and support to the management by taking care of HR operations, systems and programs.
Working with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create group benefits databases; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Managed leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; administer HR budget; and handle HR generalist workplace issues.
Responsible for all Recruitments, induction, training and development, Retention. Taking Care of Attendance, Salaries, Performance Appraisal, Motivating the employee's. Creating Reports for salary, conducting one on one meetings with the employee's, to get to know the employee's even better, their likes, dislikes and make the work environment even more satisfactory for the employee's.
Talking to the recruiting consultants and taking care of collaborating with them to start business with them.
Taking care of admin department. Getting food and transport facilities arranged for all the employees.
Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
