* Good Command over various HR Process including - On boarding, Employee Life Cycle Management, Absence Management, Payroll Processing / Validations, Exit process management, Various Statutory / Shop and Establishment Compliance etc.,
* Good command on various documentation like SOP, Process MAP & Quality tools like SIPOC, FMEA, Fishbone
* 100% adherence to the set HR operational processes
* Ensuring overall SLAs are adhered to
* Conducting various Audits and reconciliations
* Good People Management Skills
* Identify and spearhead various Process Improvement projects for effective implementation
Note:

Should have no gaps in Education/Career with strong Academic background.
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Should be ok to work on contract for 1 year
