看完了。对于我,八小时,第二天久感觉就会好多了。但一直难做到。
近来也在调整,继续实践。

我现在在尝试11点保证上床睡觉,看书什么的,反正不能碰电脑和手机,一般12点前睡;早上7点半准时起床。
