Dear Summer Class Students,

I know many of you might be new to ballroom dancing and just start liking it:)
Would you mind sharing your experience with potential dancers and help promote
our club at the FASET event?

What is FASET?
FASET is a series of freshman orientations where lots of organizations in GT do
advertising to new GT students. There are 7 sessions during the summer plus one
for graduate students called "GradExpo". This summer Holly and Su Yu are co-leading
the effort, and we hope to have your support too!

How can I help at FASET?
Very easy, you just need to show up at our table near the campanile (in front of student center),
help distribute flyers, talk to freshmen who are interested in our club and try to get more people
sign-up for the Fall! If you have time from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on the dates listed in the spread sheet
below, please sign up! We need at least 3 people each time! The first event is this Thursday!

Please see Holly's email below for more details. We greatly appreciate your help!

Sincerely,
Gena

Dear GTBDC Members,

One of our most important and valuable opportunities to share our love of ballroom dancing and encourage others to join us in our classes is the summer session FASET freshman orientations.  The first of these events is this coming Thursday June 20th at 5:00pm.

We are asking for volunteers, at least two members per session and preferably three (though if more people sign up, the help is always welcome!) to come out and help run the table for FASET.  This includes setting up the table, handing our flyers, answering questions (which are mostly "how do you like it?") and generally trying to convince people to come out and participate in our classes during the Fall semester.

Please sigh up here so we know you are coming!  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvkBdfetq-xcdEdXUGxUTFc1UlFSRFI4aGxrYmt6cmc#gid=0

There are several opportunities throughout the summer to come out and support the Ballroom Dance Club, so even if you can't make the event this Thursday, please try to come to at least one!

Thank you for your help, and keep dancing!
Holly Brown
