I'm new to Droid - how do I remove an unwanted list?

I appreciate the help.  This website shows "Bob's list" only (on the PC and Web page).  On the Droid I also see "All lists" in addition to Bob's list.  I believe I created Bob's list not knowing that a default list name existed.

I suspect this is where I need to leave things.  My guess is that getting rid of All lists would take Bob's list with it, and I don't want that.  On the Droid, Bob's list and All lists are identical.

Thanks again,

Bob

I don't believe you can delete All lists. Bob's list is your default list that Google created. For me, it is David's list. I believe gTasks adds a list called "All lists" to show all your tasks, no matter which list they are in. So, if you only use one list, Bob's list, the two lists "All lists" / "Bob's list" will be identical. I don't believe there is a way to delete either one of those.

Thank you David.  We reach the same conclusion.  I find the documentation (lack thereof) for Android apps has caused me to run down numerous rabbit holes.  I'm learning...

"All Lists" is just an aggregation of the individual lists; it's the
same as your "Bob's List" because you have no other task lists to
aggregate with it. No need to delete it.

Are you seeing individual tasks under "Bob's List" at the URL Peter F.
provided? If so, then you are sync'ing properly to Google Tasks I
suspect you are not synching properly, however, because if you were
you would see two lists at the URL: "Bob's List" and "Default List".

I use Google Apps Premier Edition ($50/year) , and my auto-sync to
GTasks works beatifully. So I can delete a list on-line from my PC
and 30 seconds later the list disappears from my Moto Droid.

So I think you need to set up auto-sync'ing to Google Tasks first,
then you will solve your problem of deleting lists no problemo.
