HI RODEO FANS!!! Only 3 days left to order! I have plenty of $50 packs at my house in Silverlake as well. Don't miss out on this great savings! Forward to all friends & neighbors!
I am a volunteer for the Carnival Ticket Sales Committee representing the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Through the sales of HALF PRICE carnival packs and admission tickets and the solicitation of donations, our dedicated volunteers raised more than $4.67 million last year alone to help support the Show’s mission and Texas youth and education!! Help us make that number BIGGER AND BETTER in 2012!!
HALF PRICE CARNIVAL PACKS: Save money!!
This is the best deal in town!! Our volunteers sell HALF PRICE carnival packs that include tickets or games and rides, and additional refreshment coupons. These half-price packs bring a huge savings to our customers. Once the Show begins, these half price packs are no longer available to the public. Buy NOW!!
DISCOUNT FOOD CARD: Save $10!
Enjoy $30 of midway refreshments for only $20!! The Discount Food Card is valid only at RCS midway food and beverage stands.
DONATIONS: A Gift from the heart!
It costs approximately $15 to send a deserving child to the Livestock Show & Carnival. A visit to the Show is an exciting day for kids who would normally not have the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful experience. We have a long list of charities that we serve so every dollar helps!
We also raise funds to host servicemen/women at the Carnival on Armed Forces Appreciation Day at the Show. Help us give a little something back to those who have given so much to protect our country!
RELIANT PARK ADMISSION TICKETS: Don’t waste time in line!!
If you do not have a Rodeo ticket, you will be required to purchase a Reliant Park admission ticket to enter the Show grounds. Avoid the lines and pre-purchase now! Admission tickets can be purchased using the same order form as the carnival packs.
ORDER NOW!!

713-436-2293So glad that your son is getting excited about school. I also have been having the same experience!! My son Mitchell was miserable in middle school. This year at PJHW at the gta he has done so much better. He especially likes the mini courses and the corresponding field trips. I hear about school, which is so rare from him.
My daughter in the 5th grade loves it as well, but since she has never been anywhere but elem school, I think she just thinks that this is what middle school is. But she also loves school, again, especially the mini courses.
I just wish my elem school kids were given the same opportunity. We shall see if the gta expands.
Getting together on the weekends sounds like a great idea!! I would love to post an invite in the newsletter. Who wants to set up the first one?
Thanks to all of you for your responses! This is exactly what this group is for!!

Subject: Re: hello out there!! Feedback wanted about GTAB!
My husband and I are glad about out chose to enroll our son! I believe
that the curriculum, the technologies, and the staff have made it a
great experience for Zoser. I feel like he is being challenged and at
the same time enjoying the learning experience which is important for
his motivation (attention span).
Though we participate regularly at the GTA Booster Club board meeting,
I agree with Angela, the parental interaction is touch and go
sometimes. I know we all have busy schedules but I don't mind meeting
up sometimes, I think it will enhance the overall GTA experience.
Also, I thought I would share these two camps that are geared toward
the GT student. I am sure you guys have heard about them, I just know
the deadlines have not come or have been extended. We have to have as
many options and opportunities as possible. They are the both summer
science camps in which you can find the information on the following
websites:
It could be as early as 8:00 am, I just threw that out there to see
who wanted to get together.
Jake's sounds great, but I am working that night. I will have Bernard
come out to support though.
