The 2021 NYCO Youth Concerto Competition
The NYCO Youth Concerto Competition is an annual event held by the North York Concert Orchestra (NYCO) to support the development of young artists and to showcase budding talent by providing performance opportunities with the Orchestra.
The last date for applications is October 17, 2021.
The winners of the Competition will perform with the Orchestra at the Prize‑Winners’ Gala Concert on December 12, 2021.
Contestants must have been born on or after July 1, 1998.
All orchestral instruments (strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, keyboard and harp) are eligible. There are no residency or citizenship restrictions.
The Application Form and Rules of the Competition are available at www.nyco.ca/competition.
