Demo Details
Next Friday from 6pm-8pm in the CULC next to Starbucks. However, as members of VGDev, we will request you get their around 5pm to help set up, and stick around after to help clean. Headphones and generic Logitech controllers will be provided by the CoC, but you will need to bring any computers/mice/other peripherals that you require. Please feel free to help out in that regard, even if you didn't participate on that project. As always, there will be pizza, and our photo at the end of the night. Being that most of you will get your shirts before the demo, please remember to bring it so you can wear it for the picture!
Leadership will give out event links to everyone soon, so you can share it with all your friends. This is an open event, so non-GT people are welcome!
T-Shirts
We've obtained all the supplies for shirts! Woohoo! That means after the meeting today, (around 6pm, or whenever our meeting is done) we're gonna be making them!!!!!!! This will occur somewhere near our normal room, most likely under the overhang between the research and classroom wing of Klaus, or in the pit at the College of Computing. We have everything needed to make them, so the only thing you'd need to bring is whatever else you might want to stencil. Additionally, we have gloves to keep your hands safe, but I'd also suggest wearing something you're okay with getting some bleach sprayed on it, just in case.
