What: VGDev Campus Demo
When: Friday, April 10th 2015, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Where: Clough Commons Atrium (near Starbucks)


Hey, VGDev!

It's time for the Campus Demo! HYPE!
We're gearing up to show off everyone's work, with fun and pizza, to boot! Here's some quick information:

• Setup starts at 5:00! We'd really appreciate some help with getting everything in place.
• Project leads should be there at 5:00 to make sure their games are up and running.
• Bring your laptop if you can! The more machines we have, the more people can play your games!
  
• Clean up is at 9:00. Again, we'd really appreciate some help. (Plus you can take any leftover pizza.)
• There is no weekly meeting tomorrow. Just come to the Demo!
  
• We'll have one more weekly club meeting after the Demo. (Incorporate the feedback you get from the Demo!)

In case you don't know what the event is:

All teams set up computers with their games in the CULC. Anyone can stop by and play your games! Pizza is provided as well, but in order to get some, passerby's will have to fill out a feedback slip about at least one game they've played!

It's gonna be TONS of fun, and I hope to see you there tomorrow!
