Yo, VGDev!
Today is our final meeting of the semester! :D ... D: ... :D
Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to this semester's Campus Demo! It was a great success, as usual.
For this last week, we have a few things for you.
Leadership Elections
This is going to be happening at this meeting!
Be sure to show up so you can vote for who you would like to be in the next 2 semesters' leadership positions!
(And if you're running, be sure to show up so you can be voted for!)
A recap:
Speaker: The president. Runs the club, makes sure the club has room and event space, and surprisingly, speaks!
Planner: The vice president. Helps the Speaker, plans guest talks, and makes sure everyone's projects are on track.
PR: The public relations person. Makes posters (and a t-shirt design!), manages social media, recruits, and represents VGDev at events!
I'm looking forward to some INTENSE BUT FRIENDLY BUT FORCEFUL COMPETITION, ya hear?
T-Shirts
If you signed up but couldn't get your T-shirt last week, now would be the time to do it! If you didn't sign up but want a T-shirt, now is also the time to do it!
We'll be giving the extra T-shirts away to those who want them after the people who've signed up have had a chance to claim their shirts.
So if you want pretty yellow cloth things to put on your meatbag body, you'd better come to the meeting!
Something else??
Finally, there's something super special that we'll be doing this meeting. You could even say it's more special than a hoard of swords in a fjord!
Be sure to stick around for it!
