how to create the bucket

I am trying to create the bucket using GSUtil command line.while i
creating the bucket in the name of malar it shows like this,


Creating gs://malar/...
GSResponseError:: status=403, code=AccountProblem, reason=Forbidden.

anyone please reply me......

Hi Malar,

As of now, that bucket name doesn't already exist so there's no name conflict there. I would start by checking the Google APIs console to verify you have access to the Google Cloud Service API for the project you're using and also that you have billing enabled for that project. If you have trouble doing that, you can send your project id to gs-...@google.com and we can check your billing status.

Have you enabled billing in the developer console for your project? http://developers.google.com/console
