the gs-discuss forum is going away, being consolidated into gs-discussion

Hi,

We are de-commissioning the gsutil-discuss forum. From now on, any discussions/questions about gsutil can take place on gs-discussion, where  other discussions related to Google Cloud Storage take place. You can also post questions on StackOverflow; the GCS team monitors and replies to questions there as well.

We will announce new gsutil releases on gs-announce.
