Hi,
Return will not be consider as completed till it filled through DSC or EVC.
The data submission is only to freeze the data.
If you unable to file return on time you can submit it later with late fees.

Um,
You have to file otherwise they will charge late fees on daily basis.
Try to file very next day, I know because of Software glitches you might not be able to file.
