Getting Rejected goods and make new supply for compensation-reg

Sir,

      Last week we have done an Interstate supply. But the consignee has rejected our goods due to inferior quality and ask to supply the same quantity in good condition. So we have to get back the supplied goods

 and new supply has to be done. What are formalities. Please advise us.
