d3d11desktopdupsrc will be renamed in d3d11screencapturesrc

Hi all,
in the upcoming GStreamer 1.20 release d3d11desktopdupsrc will be
renamed in d3d11screencapturesrc, probably.

If this commit will be merged the rename will be effective in 1.20 release.

Will this break something in GStreamer Java or will it work without the
needs of GStreamer Java modifications?

There are almost no hardcoded element names in the bindings, so no,
this will not affect us or require modification.
