POSITIONS:
Positions & Eligibility
Board Operator and/or Field Operators
1. Vocational training, technical secondary school, diploma or degree
Chemical Engineering or equivalent diploma/degree will be preferable.
2. Over 5 years of operation (board/field) experience of REFINERY units as follows;
- Hydrogen Sulphide Removal Unit
- Delayed Coker Unit
- Sulfur Recovery Unit
- FCC Naphtha Hydro Treater Unit
- Sour Water Treatment Unit
- Amine Regeneration Unit
3. REFINERY experience of above units and minimum 2 years of overseas experience will be preferred.
Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Supervisors:
1. Vocational training, technical secondary school, diploma or degree
Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent diploma/degree will be
preferable.
2. Over 5 years of experience in pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities including minimum 2 years of overseas experience
- rotating machinery such as pumps, compressors, steam turbine,
air fan cooler
- fired heaters incl IDF/FDF
- stationary equipment such as vessel, reactor, heat exchanger
- pipe cleaning such as water flushing, air blowing, steam blowing etc.
- chemical cleaning, degreasing, boil-off, hydro milling, lube oil flushing.
- catalyst loading and chemical filling
- system dry out
- temporary piping for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
- hydro torqueing, hydro tightening, hot bolting
3. Commissioning experienced supervisors are preferred
Able to speak and understand English.
should have valid passports. validity of passport should be 2-3 Year .
Note: PASSPORT MUST BE ISSUED ECNR FROM INDIA & ANY INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY
