Happy Memorial Day!  We're taking time to send you a few important reminders and updates:

 

Saturday pre-season swim lessons begin this Saturday, June 5th. There is still room in lessons, especially in our preschool and level 1 classes. $15 gets you 4 lessons. Sign up in person at the pool. Cash and checks accepted!

 

The Team Parent meeting will be held tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m. at the pool.  Meet our coaches, learn about team expectations, and our many volunteer opportunities.

and

Swim Team evening workouts begin tomorrow and are held Mondays through Thursdays until morning workouts start on Thursday, June 24th.

• Speedy 6ers, 8 & unders: 7:00 to 7:30 pm
• 10 & unders, 12 & unders: 7:30 to 8:15 pm
• 14 & unders, seniors: 8:15 to 9:00 pm

Please register your swimmers, tennis players and divers for their teams. Registration and payment are required in order to participate in workouts, practices, meets, and matches.  A team registration form is attached to this e-mail and is available in the office.   

 

Also tomorrow night, you can purchase team swim caps for $5, and various other team spiritwear including sweatshirts, pants, towels and more!

 

Lastly, the GSSC Teen Party date has changed to Friday, June 11th from 7:00-10:00 p.m. Gregory-Seahurst, Normandy Park, and Olympic View members who are going into 6th, 7th, or 8th grade are invited for a small entrance fee.  Food, live music, and a fun, safe night with friends are all included! Look for more information soon at the pool, on e-mail, and on our GSSC web site at www.gregoryseahurst.com.
