Enclosed herewith please find the following documents for your information, further action and records a)    The  official letter from Rotary Youth Exchange Senior Coordinator,  Mr. Tom Woods  certifying the District except Eritrea. b)    The approved D9200 Youth Program Abuse and Harassment Prevention policy Kindly inform your clubs of this certification and that they can now  send out students. However kindly note that it is a requirement that all outgoing students and their families undergo training and orientation in accordance with RI’s Abuse and Harassment Prevention Training manual  which I will also forward to you under separate cover since it is a big document.
