Dear Officers,
Our records indicate that we have not yet received your payment for the January 2012 Rotary International semi-annual dues. Hence, we kindly ask you to fulfill your financial obligations as soon as possible.
According to the Manual of Procedure, Rotary International per capita dues are payable semi-annually on 1 July and 1 January, based on the number of members in the club on these dates. The secretariat of Rotary International (RI Headquarters) has sent by post to each club secretary the January 2012 Semi-Annual-Report (SAR) packet, which includes the payable invoice to be handled upon receipt.
Rotary Clubs are under obligation to pay their SAR dues even if the invoice has not been received. A club that has not received its SAR packet by the third week of January should download it through our Member Access Portal (MAP) or request a copy by e-mail to Data Services at da...@rotary.org.
