The core objective of this team will be to conduct various training programs throughout the country at locations which would enable maximum number of Rotarians in the vicinity to attend. Following are the focus training subjects that are planned be covered at various sessions: 1. Club Officers Training (COTS) - focusing on roles & responsibilities, reporting and overall administration of the club. 2. Future Vision Grant Management Seminar - focusing on grant management and FV qualification process. 3. Foundation Seminar - focus on the foundation operations, giving to the foundation and participation in various foundation programs. 4. Membership Seminar - focus on retention and growth of membership with practical approaches. 5. Effective Service Projects - focus on identification, planning, execution and reporting. 6. Leadership and Team Building - focus on basics of good leadership and team building, extend to developing leadership within and beyond the club. 7. Planning and analyzing club performance - focus on the planning guide, monitoring performance and evaluating a club. Requirements to join the team: 1. Commit to travel and conduct a minimum of 4 training sessions (1 day each) in any Rotary year in any part of the country. 2. Good Rotary knowledge (or willingness to rapidly develop the same). 3. Commit to participate in "train-the-trainers" sessions. 4. Commit to participate in Rotary Leadership Institute Programs. Please circulate to all Rotarians in your clubs.
