Dear Club Presidents & Secretaries, Each club is required to send a voting delegate to the 87th DCA. A delegate will be required to present a letter from the club with the contents defined below to the District Secretary at the DCA either on the 18th or 19th of April. Ideally the President or President Elect should be the voting delegate but any member of the club attending DCA can be nominated as a voting delegate. The appointment of the voting delegate must be approved at a Club Assembly duly held for the purpose. The minutes of such a meeting can be prepared as per the attached document. The following letter on the club's letterhead will be required: > "The Rotary Club of................. hereby appoints Rotarian > ................. to be the duly appointed Voting Delegate on all > matters calling for a vote at the 87th DCA to be held at the KICC in >
Nairobi between 18th and 21st April 2012.
