He had actually made a similar offer to me in November 2011 when I attended their Zone Institute in Kolkata, India. The purpose of this note is to suggest that you urge our various country chairs get in touch with PDG/RRFC Vinay who is cc'd here, to see how to move this forward so as to utilise his kind offer.
